Reiki Level One Course for Beginners
A day of learning the art of Reiki, an energetic and spiritual practice for healing and wellbeing. Once empowered to Reiki level one for beginners, you will be able to work with Reiki on yourself, friends and family.
Reiki opens the door to the spiritual self. It helps greatly with self development, inner work and relaxing the nervous system.
You will learn the system of Usui Reiki, which is in close keeping to the way it was taught by its founder in Japan, with roots in East-Asian spirituality, philosophy and animism.
Reiki level One is called ‘Shoden’ which means “first teachings”. A beautiful aspect of Reiki is that it is something that you have for life, to use in your sovereignty.
This course will be in-person training on 14 November plus 4-6 hours of home study.
You will receive:
● Reiki empowerments - permanent connection to Reiki via sacred ritual
● Energy practices
● Reiki meditations
● Reiki Precepts (the principle pillars of Reiki)
● Practical training to treat yourself with Reiki
● Practical training to treat others with Reiki (family, friends, pets only)
● Background on the history and theory of Reiki
● Reiki level one manual
● Audio recordings of meditations and energy practices
● Ongoing support from Bansree on your personal journey with Reiki

Fee and booking: The course fee is £220. A non-refundable deposit of £90 is required to secure your place, payable upon booking.

Bansree is a Reiki Master Practitioner Teacher and Reiki Shamanic Drum Practitioner. She has eight years of Reiki experience. Her training is affiliated with Reiki Evolution, a UK Reiki organisation dedicated to honoring the indigenous and foundational origins of Reiki.
