  • Sarah Helen-Kearvall

Sarah trained as a classical dancer, so movement has always formed a huge part of her life. Now, without pressure to perform, not striving to be the best ballerina, Yoga is her movement and expression. It’s important to practise with freedom, not pushing for the fullest pose or to force the strongest flow. Instead, she holds space to explore the beliefs that say always do more and be better.

Her style and classes are inspired by many different teachings and teachers. Years in classical dance inspire creative sequencing and cues that encourage depth and embodiment within a posture or movement. Her classes are heartfelt and welcome everyone to just show up, to move a little bit, practice what is right for them, breathe lots and to feel ‘okay’ with just being.

  • Sonali Sudarshi

Sonali Sudarshi is a yoga teacher and GP. She trained at Triyoga in London.

“I have been practicing yoga for many years, yet feel challenged every time I am on the mat as there is always more to discover. My own preference has evolved from a fast paced yoga practice, to one where I spend more time in poses and explore the space created as the posture is held and the breath unfolds. There is fluid movement with transitions between poses but both in my own practice and my teaching, the rhythm and pace have become slower and more mindful.”
