Ideal for those who can already kick up and hold a 15–20 second handstand back-to-wall or chest-to-wall.
We’ll focus on:
• Refining straight-line alignment
• Drills to improve body awareness
• Efficient & controlled kick-ups
• Work towards Shapes like Tuck, Straddle and Straddle Press if required
We’ll also work on:
• Balance techniques to confidently move away from the wall
• Partner work (safe & effective spotting)
• Dedicated 1-to-1 time with me for personalised feedback and support
