Join us for an 80-minute workshop focused on Conscious Connected Breathwork. This practice involves engaging in a circular and steady breathing rhythm, guided by voice and music, providing a gentle but profound way to support your nervous system. The session includes:
- Introduction (10 minutes): We’ll begin by settling in and reviewing the breathing technique and what you can expect during the session.
- Breathwork Session (50 minutes): Guided breathing accompanied by music. You can choose to be seated or lie down for comfort.
- Sharing and Reflection (Optional, 20 minutes): After the breathwork session, there is an opportunity to share your experiences and discuss.
What to Expect
- Continuous breath awareness—no pauses or distractions.
- You may feel physical sensations like tingling or experience a range of emotions, from joy to calmness. Each session can be unique, providing:
- Mental Clarity: With a quieter mind, you'll connect with your body in new ways.
- Emotional Healing: Allowing tears, laughter, or other emotions to surface.
- Release of Old Patterns: Letting go of burdens you’ve carried for years.
- A Reset: Physically, mentally, and emotionally.
- Space to Just ‘Be’
What to Bring
- Yoga mats and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring your own extras, such as extra blankets to lie on and cover up with, and an eye mask if preferred.
- Since breathwork can cause temperature changes, it's a good idea to have an extra layer to hand and cosy socks.
- Bring water, a journal, a pen, and an open heart and mind!
- It’s advisable not to eat a heavy meal before coming, and to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
